2. Refunds

Subscription Services: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.

Project-Based Services: Refunds for project-based work are handled on a case-by-case basis and are governed by the terms specified in your individual project contract. We aim for client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
